Privacy Policy — EGY 365 Agent

Last updated: 22 October 2026 · Operator: EGY Group, Egypt · Contact: egypodcastweb@gmail.com

What the app is

EGY 365 Agent is an internal publishing tool of EGY Group. It runs on a company computer and uploads short videos prepared for the EGY 365 TV page to EGY Group's own YouTube channel. It is not offered to the public.

Google user data we access

• youtube.upload — to upload videos to the EGY Group channel.
• youtube.readonly — to read the authorized channel's ID and title, so the tool can confirm it is posting to the EGY Group channel and nowhere else.

The only Google account that authorizes the app is EGY Group's own account. The app does not access any other user's data, and it does not read viewers' data, comments, subscribers or analytics.

How the data is used and stored

• The OAuth refresh token is stored only on the company computer that runs the tool, in a file readable only by that machine's user account.
• Channel ID and title are used only for the check described above and are not stored elsewhere.
• No Google user data is sold, shared with third parties, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.

Limited Use

EGY 365 Agent's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Revoking access

The account owner can revoke the app's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Revoking it stops all uploads; the stored token then becomes useless and is deleted.
